“Emperor”, the highest authority of the Control Organization, she calls herself “Hades Izanami”, and she is the mysterious hand behind all the world’s evil plots. She controls the special Takamagahara system. She is cold and calculating, heartless and cruel. She sees all other life as nothing more than insects that crawl beneath her feet. She believes that her duty is to reduce the whole world to nothingness. Her end goal seems to be to bring about the “end of days”, to completely destroy the world.
